Terms & Conditions

1) Payment due 30 Days from date which appears on the invoice.

2) There is no order minimum.

3) Prepaid Freight requires minimum order value of $1,000 within the Continental United States. Call for PR, HI and AS.

4 ) Drop shipments are available with regular freight terms.

5) In-stock items ship 1-2 business days after receipt of order. Out-of-stock items have a 4 week lead time.

6) All claims and requests for Proof of Delivery must be received within 90 days of shipment.

7 ) Custom product is fully processed within 50 working days after receipt of order and is subject to a manufacturer's variance of +/-  6%.

8 ) All orders are subject to acceptance by PFBIA.

9) All prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of Federal, State and Local taxes.

Return Goods: - Merchandise is not returnable except for defects in manufacturing or error on the part of PFB Inter-Apparel Corporation.
Note: A Return Authorization Number, must be issued by PFB Inter-Apparel on all returns.
